Compassionate therapy through telehealth services for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.
My mission is to offer thoughtful, compassionate therapy to individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety treatment and depression therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can fully express yourself and gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Therapy should feel like a place where you can fully be yourself and explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to find what brings you relief, meaning, and maybe even happiness.
Anxiety & Depression can significantly impact individuals, especially when dealing with trauma and narcissistic abuse. For young adults navigating the complexities of adult-life transitions, seeking anxiety treatment and compassionate therapy is crucial. Additionally, depression therapy can be beneficial in coping with these challenges. With the rise of telehealth services, support is more accessible than ever, including for those exploring alternate lifestyles such as ENM, polyamory, and kink.
Helping people fuels me. Meeting with my clients, listening with compassion to their stories, and providing compassionate therapy inspired by my years of experience in anxiety treatment and depression therapy motivates me. Using the knowledge I have collected over the years in the field to reflect and help people develop insight through telehealth services inspires me.
I currently accept the following insurance plans for services including anxiety treatment, compassionate therapy, and depression therapy: Carelon Behavioral Health, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Anthem Blue Cross California.
For those interested in self-pay options, the rate is $175 per session. Additionally, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, including for telehealth services.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2009 and my undergraduate degree from Occidental College—which first brought me from the East Coast to California, a move that quickly felt like home.
By day, I work in a community-based mental health setting, and I offer private therapy sessions in the evenings and on weekends. I provide secure telehealth services for those seeking convenient access to compassionate therapy. For clients nearby, I can sometimes offer in-home sessions on a case-by-case basis.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in anxiety treatment and depression therapy, working with adults navigating trauma, work and life transitions, and complex relationship dynamics, including non-traditional, ENM, polyamorous, and kink-affirming spaces.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that therapy should feel like a real relationship, one where you feel seen, supported, and genuinely understood.
